Recipe: Pumpkin Smoothie

Pumpkin Smoothie

Serving Size: Serves 1

 Ingredients:

  • ½ cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk

  • 3 leaves kale

  • 1 TB flaxseed

  • ½ frozen banana

  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

  • 3 ice cubes

  • vanilla protein optional

Directions: 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Garnish with a tiny sprinkle of cinnamon on top if you're feeling extra fancy.
