Tabata:
Tabata Style. Perform 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Complete 8 rounds of each.
Tabata Set #1:
20 seconds Wind Sprints
10 seconds Rest
Rest 1 - 2 minutes.
Tabata Set #2:
20 seconds Plank
10 seconds Rest
Rest 1 - 2 minutes.
Cool Down and Stretch: 5 - 10 minutes
