Ingredients:
2-4 Sweet potatoes, rinsed and dried
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400° F.
Pierce each sweet potato a few times with a fork (don’t get trigger happy… it’s just to let some of the steam out).
Place the sweet potatoes on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil.
Bake for about 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
