1 Serving
Ingredients:
¼ cup oat groats, rinsed (soaked for at least 4 hours)
¼ cup steel-cut oats
1 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp chopped nuts (I use almonds)
⅓ cup blueberries or berries of choice
½ - 1 cup almond milk
1 tsp ground vanilla beans (optional)
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients in a mason jar the night before.
Store in the fridge overnight.
Just pull out and eat in the morning. SO easy!
