Serving Size: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
1-2 lbs Stew Meat
4 Handfuls of Carrots
1.5 Onion
3-5 Large Potatoes
3+ Garlic Cloves….depending on taste
Big Pinch of Cherry wood smoked sea salt
3 Pinches of black pepper
3-5 Bay leaves
8-10 allspice “balls”
2 bouillon cubes (we use no beef, beef flavor)
We also stuffed a tea ball with dried rosemary and thyme
Directions:
Peel and cut carrots and potatoes into fairly large chunks
Peel/Mince garlic - or you can throw these in whole they will turn into mush
Chop up the onion into fairly big pieces
Brown stew meat in a pan on medium-high heat
Add all the contents to a large pot and then add enough water until everything is covered. Simmer on medium-low for an hour and enjoy!
